I really like the looks of this system so far, but am wondering if there is any way to also handle exhibit booth sales for our event as well. Quick rundown of our event:
There are 5 price levels for attendees, plus two tour add-ons that each have 1 set price. We also sell exhibit booths. All booths are 1 price, but an exhibitor can purchase multiple booths next to each to have a larger space. However, we need to have something that updates dynamically so that an exhibitor can see what’s available and be able to purchase all booths at one time. Is it possible that the “seating chart” add-on could be configured to accomplish something like this? In addition, each booth that is purchased gets one free basic registration so I’d need to be able to configure something like that as well. I know this is asking alot, but I just thought I’d check if it might be possible.Thank you!
How are you? I think Event Espresso and the Price Modifier add-on will work well for the attendees and the tour add-ons.
In regards to using the seating chart for the booth reservations. The seating chart add-on wasn’t really designed for this, but I believe we have had some users make it work for their needs. In essence, it can be done, but may require a bit of work.
