Hey everyone!

Is it possible to add a link to the email confirmation that allows attendees to cancel their own appointments? If they no longer want to attend a course or cant make it….is there a way to let them cancel?

There is a feature in the WP user integration add-on that adds an option to the My Events screen. The attendee would need to be logged in as a registered user of the site while registering for an event. Then, if they needed to cancel, they can visit the my events page and hit cancel.

See the WP user integration documentation for more info: http://staging.eventespresso.com/wiki/members-integration-addon/

Ok great, thank you Josh!

One last thing, on the event registration confirmation screen, there are two “confirm registration” buttons, both do the same thing….there any way we can make it only one button, instead of two?

Add this to your WP theme’s stylesheet:

/* hide second confirmation button */
input#confirm2.btn_event_form_submit {display:none;}
