I may be out of my support contract, but I should have got in touch previously. Event Espresso is great but I have a problem which is stopping a lot of the functionality. If I try and access the email or template manager in the admin menu I get this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function event_espresso_display_right_column() in /homepages/44/d313997127/htdocs/kitchen/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso.3.1.15.P/includes/admin-files/email-manager/index.php on line 22

I am sure there is a missing block in the functions file, but am not sure how to fix it. Please let me know if you have any ideas, I am keen to purchase more add ons, but need to get this sorted first.

Thanks

Simon

Hello Simon,

3.1.15.P is soon to be 13 iterations behind the current version. We would strongly advise you to purchase a new licence and update your plugin, as it resolves numerous issues with older versions and adds lots more features. Plus you will get access to our premium support forum.

Thank you for your reply, I am happy to purchase a new licence, is it the same price as before or cheaper?

I managed to solve the problem mentioned yesterday, the only problem I have now is even an administrator doesn’t have sufficient permissions to access the general settings of Event Espresso. Will this be solved if I upgrade?

Hi Simon,

The current prices can be found here:
http://staging.eventespresso.com/pricing/

The administrator not being to access the general settings of Event Espresso sounds like an issue with a role editor/admin plugin. It wasn’t a known issue with Event Espresso 3.1.15. That said, if you’re running an older version of the Event Espresso Roles and Permissions add-on, that had some bugs that have since been worked out.
