Hi,

Each of my events have their own category. And Each of my events have their own individual page describing the event in full detail. I would like to display the next available dates for this event/ category on this page itself. I am trying to take advantage of the CalendarShortcode, however it only seems to be able to display the CurrentMonth when I use :-

[ESPRESSO_CALENDAR event_category_id=”your_category_identifier” show_expired=”true”]

This is great when we are on the same month than the event is on. However, it will not work when the Event is only scheduled in November. The above shortcode still shows August with not results.

Is there a way we could use the CalendarShortcode to show the scheduled date for this Event instead of the current month?

Any inputs, guidance or assistance is much appreciated..

Thanks in advance… :)

The calendar will always show the current month but with options to go to the next (or previous) months. The javascript itself would need to be modified to change this behavior (and that isn’t likely to be what you wanted since it would have that effect across the board, e.g. for all events/months).

Thanks for your reply Chris..

I guess there is no clear fix :(

Well.. it would be nice to have this option in the previous updates..

Thanks anyway Chris :)

We can add this to the feature requests so a calendar can be created starting from a specific month and look into it at a later date. We’re planning a rewrite of the calendar, anyway.
