Calender not displaying with shortcode

I have read through these support forums and I have tried many different things suggested. I am either doing it wrong or I am looking for the wrong error. But I can’t seem to get the calender to show. I know it may be other plugin or theme that is causing a conflict with the JQuery but I can’t pin point it.
