Hello –
I upgraded my calendar and now it does not appear. I believe I have gone back and made all the right selections in the settings but still see nothing. Please help.

Hi Melissa,

It looks like there is some script concatenation (ie, The Better WordPress Minify plugin is smushing scripts together). The solution may be as simple as clearing the cache for the BWP minify plugin.

I’ve found that it works best to minify and print the espresso_calendar script separately. Here is a screenshot of the Better WordPress minify settings I use on my site that shows where to add the espresso_calendar script in the settings.

Hi Josh –
Thank you for your help. That fixed the issue! Another question…. The calendar has a different format then before… I liked it before with the month name in the middle and the toggle arrows on either side. Now the month is on the left and the toggle arrows are together in a random place up top. Is there a way I can make it the previous way again?

The location of the month name and buttons can be set in the calendar’s Advanced Settings under Formatting/Header Style.

For example you can set them like this:

Left: prev, today
Center: title
Right: next
