Hi,

I am experiencing difficulties with the Calendar function. Initially it wasn’t showing up so I wrapped it with the [raw] function and it then showed up. It’s now only showing 3 events per day. I have 10 events per day. It doesn’t matter which events I choose – if I go over 3 it stops displaying the calendar.

Here is a link to the calendar page: http://dundalksquareonice.com/wordpress/?page_id=135

Any help would be much appreciated, the tickets are supposed to be on sale today!

Hi Darren,

Having a look at your calendar I have noticed two JavaScript errors, one of which we are aware of but will not affect this issue (I have tested this) and the other is a Facebook plugin (I assume plugin).

Can you test the calendar with the FB plugin deactivated please?

You are running a lot of JavaScript on that page, so it could be something else, but nothing is looking apparent except that FB issue.

Hi Dean,

I only have Event Espresso Plugins activated. I’ve deactivated the Event Espresso – Social Media plugin so the only plugins that I have running are:
Event Espresso
Event Espresso – Calendar
Event Espresso – Multi Event Registration
Event Espresso – Reoccurring Events
Event Espresso – Ticketing

I’ve tried it there with just the above four plugins running and no joy. As soon as I activated one of the other sessions the calendar disappeared again!

Hi Darren,

Can you explain a bit more how you’re setting this up? When I look at the calendar right now, there’s 3 events per day on average, with one or two more on a few other dates. Is this a case where you add more events to the system and the calendar just completely stops displaying?

Yes, There should be 10 events per day – the same events (Ice Skating Sessions) reoccur everyday between tomorrow and the 6th of Jan – they events are all set up but I have the majority set to inactive because as soon as I activate an additional event the calendar completely stops displaying.

Since writing to you earlier I purchased a premium token and sent that through to the support email – I put all the login details etc. in it if you want to take a look – it came from this email address:

Hi there,

I found your email that you sent.

We’ll get to work on the PayPal issue first, then take a look at the calendar. Does that sound like a good plan?

One more thing, can you please send FTP credentials so we can install a simplified page template for the PayPal transactions page?

I’ve just emailed the details through.
Thank you
