Hi,

My clients Class Booking Calendar is now showing only Blue Boxes where the classes should be, the day, week month options have gone and the hoover over class descriptions have also diapered at http://inlinefitness.co.uk/class-calendar/

If you check out a previous screenshot from my portfolio at http://fluidwebdevelopment.com/portfolio-items/inline-fitness/#lightbox/0/ you will see how it used to run.

Any idea what the cause could be I need to fix this ASAP.

Many thanks Keith.

Hi Keith,

Can you go to the Calendar Settings page, make sure everything is in order and SAVE (even if it all looks ok).

If this does not kick the calendar back into action please advise further.

Hi Dean,

Its still the same. Would it help if I emailed you a admin login account to check my settings. I haven’t changed them but just wondering if the latest version of the Plugin has caused an issue?

All of the data is still there If I click on a box I see the registration screen as I would expect.

Regards,

Keith.

If I hover over a class the new look pop-up tool tip displays but the text is quite large (can this be changed), the text in the blue box’s in the calendar also needs to be changed so it can be read and lastly I only see a month view, the option for day and week have gone Is this an issue with the new plugin?

Hi Keith,

There are a few factors in play here. The first one is you need to update your calendar’s settings to include the month, day, and week options. The new calendar has different settings.

If you log into your WP admin and go to EE>Calendar Settings>Advanced Settings you’ll see these options:

Your old calendar settings can be had be changing what’s there now in the Header Style settings to:

Left: prev, today
Center: title
Right: month, agendaWeek, agendaDay, next

The other changes can be done with CSS.
