Hi,
We are having some troubles again with our calendar. It’s not showing any new events. If you’re logged into the back end you can see the events on the calendar on the front end but if you’re not logged in they aren’t there. Do I have a setting wrong on the events I’m creating or is it something within the plugin?

Also I am having some troubles installing the upgrade of event espresso. I was following the installation instructions but I can’t find the exact folder it’s telling me to install. If you could also help me with that I would greatly appreciate it! Our website is, http://www.acceleratemn.com

Thank you!

Hi there, It looks like you’re using a caching plugin. What a caching plugin will do is serve up an older version of the pages to logged out visitors. You can try clearing the site’s cache to see if the that will update the calendar to include the new events. As an aside it’s highly recommended to disable caching for the main registration page (that’s the page with the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] shortcode) in order for Event Espresso to function correctly. The W3 Total Cache plugin has an advanced setting that will let you disable caching for specific pages. Have you tried using the auto update feature of Event Espresso? If you’re getting a license key error, please let us know and we can reset the key for you.

Hi,

I went ahead and reset your license key. Go ahead and resave it and try the auto updater again.
