Our events are not automatically populating our event calendar.

Hi,

There are only two events listed, one for Dec 12 2013 which shows on the calendar and one that starts January 1st 2001 and ands Jan 1st 2021.

Should there be other events listed? Can you check that the event start dates and registration dates are correct?

How odd. Now I see them. I didn’t see them yesterday and several people sent me emails asking why the events weren’t displaying. Ok, I guess the issue was fixed. Thank you!

Hi there,

The calendar may not have updated due to the caching plugin that’s active. What can happen is the event gets added/updated in the system, but the older (cached) version of the Calendar page continues to be displayed. The caching plugin will eventually update the cache, so the calendar page “catches up” with the event dates in the system.

If you see this happen again, it may help to go in to the caching plugin settings and clear its cache. This will force a rebuild of all the pages.
