If i have an even that is full, is there a way I can show that on the calendar, by either marking it in a color, or having it not display at all, or something? I am running 5 classes each day M-F, and each class has a max of 25 participants. When people go to enroll, they are having to click each event and try to register before finding out that time slot is full. Need a better solution, thanks!
The next version of the calendar will change the tooltip button to show if the event is sold out or not.
In regards to changing the colour of the event on the calendar, we don’t currently have a CSS class to indicate that the event is sold out although I have requested one to be added already, but I doubt it will be in the next version.
If you want to try out the sold out message feature, you can down load the Beta version of the calendar from the Pre Release section in your account.
