Conducted a typical update tonight 18/Dec/2013 for a new calendar update that was available and after the update my calendar no longer displayed. Please help.

Hi Vincent,

Have you tried:

Deactivating and reactivating the plugin?

Resetting the calendar settings (see Calendar Settings page at the bottom)?

Deactivating all other plugins except EE and EE calendar?

Also, is there an event which might have the calendar shortcode in its description? We have seen it before where that has happened and it has broken the calendar in a similar way to what is happening here.

I can add one more suggestion to check in the wp-config.php file and make sure that WP_DEBUG is defined as false.

My calendar view is also not working, not really feasible to deactivate all my other plugins – anything else i can do to get it working

Hello Gentlemen,

I have just checked the event code and [ESPRESSO_CALENDAR] did not appear on the calendar page. I entered it in the Calendar page and clicked UPDATE and went back to look at the live side and it fixed the problem! My Calendar is now displayed and appears to be working properly. I will conduct a few test on the registration system but as far as functioning correctly it seems good.

Thank you!
Vince

OK – in my case it’s lizatom shortcodes plugin that breaks the calendar…
