I’m having an issue with adding in events. I’m able to add in descriptions but once I get to a certain point in the description it just hides the calendar view.

I’ve updated to most recent versions and still no luck.

Thank you.

Slava,

I looked at your site and it looks fine to me. Can you explain a little more of what is going on? Sorry to have to ask that.

Hi Jonathan,

I just added in a description for an event and now the calendar is gone. Yet I’m able to go to the event directly… but the plugin just doesn’t load into the page.

(Page has this in the description [ESPRESSO_CALENDAR cal_view=”month”])

Let me know if you need me to create a user account for you to check it out.

Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this?

If so, please send them via http://staging.eventespresso.com/contact/

Choose the “I am sending login info as requested” option and fill out the form

Slava,

I have narrowed the problem down to the Lightbox Evolution plugin. While it is deactivated, the calendar shows. Once activating it, the calendar disappears.

I have left it deactivated for the time being. Let us know if we can be of anymore assistance.

Hi Jonathan,

You guys are awesome! I didn’t even think of to go that route and deactivate the plugins.

We are in the process of getting a new site launched and I’ll make sure to avoid using it.

Thank you again for your speedy service!
