I have been having trouble setting up EE for the last month. Is there something I’m missing? I have purchased a business account with you, however no plugins show up in my account profile, and there is no site key either. I have emailed your support a couple of times, and they suggested I start a new account and they would switch it over. However up to this point it looks like that hasn’t been done.
OK – I now see that plugins have to be added separately. However I was under the impression that a Business License gives 10 free plugins for free – I want to use Event Calendar and Recurring Events. I added Event Calendar with Paypal (had to make the price $0.01 – no big deal) but the Recurring Events is trying to charge me $39.95.
This would be much easier if all my plugins came pre-installed when I purchased my Business Account. Am I doing something wrong?
Sorry for the trouble. There was a problem with your account not getting updated properly after your original purchase. You should have access to all the plugins now.
