Is there a way to upload a list of promotional codes in bulk – something like a .csv file upload?

There isn’t anything built into Event Espresso that facilitates this. If you know your way around phpmyAdmin, it could be used to upload these directly into the database though. Note that the promo codes would still need to be assigned to events. So even if you were to upload all these, there would be a lot of codes to be checked off for each event.
