Hi> I’ve searched for documentation on this and can’t find. Client is requesting the following: For the registration we need for each participant to register for 2 breakouts and cap them at 25 ppl each. There will be a breakout session from 1-1:45 and another from 1:45-2:30. So each person needs to register for breakout one and breakout two.

How can we have them do a primary registration and choose the breakout session and still cap the attendees?

Thanks, in advance, for your help.

Hi there,

The easiest way to do this is to create one main event and then create separate events for the breakout sessions. That way you can cap the registrations. This is best done with the Multiple Event Registration add-on activated, so they can add the events to a cart. You could also use the shortcodes to enter the add-to-cart links into the main event’s description.
