My client wants to be able to block seats purchased through the offline box office, without having to go through the online payment process.

We use the Seating Chart addon. What is the best way to proceed to block off one or several seats sold offline ?

thanks

One way would be to log into the WordPress admin, go to the event overview and select the event’s attendees options, then click the “Add New attendee” button. This will allow you to add the seat reservation to the database without having to go through the online payment process.
