Hello!

I am currently testing the registration process and found out that even if I left the registration form completely blank, regardless if the questions are marked as required, the registration confirmation page still proceeds. The system doesn’t even tell the users that the questions are required and that they should fill it up. After clicking on the CONFIRM REGISTRATION BUTTON on that empty form, it takes me to the Events List, without even communicating that the registration is complete or incomplete or whatever. am i missing out on something? Please help!

thanks in advance…

Hi Sappho,

In this case, it sounds like there are two separate issues that may be caused by a theme and or plugin conflicts. You can narrow down the issue by temporarily switching to the default WordPress theme first. If the issue persists, you can deactivate all non-Event Espresso plugins.

With the form validation not working, this is usually caused by a JavaScript conflict on the registration page, which can be found by using Firebug or the Web inspector in Chrome or Safari.
