Hello, I have Event Espresso Running on my website, the plugin is working as it should for the most part, I can create events, they appear on my site, however when the event takes you to the Event Booking “page” there is no content, I can see in the html that

is being loaded, however there’s no content within this block to allow booking, I’ve checked the short code, and tried to disable my theme and activate the twenty eleven theme to see if there was a conflict with in the theme’s functions but this has had no effect.

Does anyone know what might be causing this issue and how I can go about solving it? thanks in advance for your assistance.

Hi there,

What is the shortcode on this page:

http://rollerrave.com/event-registration/

It should be [ESPRESSO_EVENTS]
with no additional shortcodes added to this page.

Hi Yasmin,

First off, we cant see pages that are being edited or drafts unless we are logged in.

I think it might be easier if you sent us login details so we can have a look for anything obvious.

Please send them via http://staging.eventespresso.com/contact/

Choose the “I am sending login info as requested” option and fill out the form

Hi Yasmin,

I had a look at the site, everything seems to work fine. The [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] core shortcode is in the Event Booking page, and that page has been set correctly in the Event Espresso General Settings.

When I visit http://rollerrave.com/roller-disco-yorkshire-corporate/ it shows up with the pages text. Theres no events on that page as no shortcode has been added.

So in all, it looks to be working fine.

If there is something else, please let me know.
