Hey EE Crew!

Hoping you can help with a really basic function.

Perhaps I’m missing something, but the only two ways I can see for exporting attendance lists for an event is through XL or CVS.

Neither option produces clear or user-friendly attendance lists that can be easily printed. They produce uncrunched data that has to be formatted like it’s 1993 – really old-school! Paying $100 I was hoping to at least get print friendly attendance lists.

Our events are managed by different facilitators, and it’s a real hassle to have to format attendance sheets for every event and every facilitator. It would be nice if the system generated this list and sent it to a designated email the day before hand too, so we know how many attendees to expect and can manage those logistics, but I’d settle for something I can print at this stage.

Really appreciate your time
Thanks!

Hi,

Thanks for the feedback, I will certainly add this to our feature request page.

Another option would be to perhaps use the [LISTATTENDEES] shortcode – http://staging.eventespresso.com/wiki/shortcodes-template-variables/#attendee-list
