I’m implementing registrations for a Tai Chi school. Our intro courses run at a few times per week. ex:
Tai Chi Short Form Level 1 Intro – Part 1
Meets 4 times per week: Mon 8:30p, Tue 11:35a, Thu 6:20p, Sat 1:10p
…during each “session” which is usually 6 weeks long
Registrant can attend any/all of the meeting times for that class
Meeting times usually have different instructors
We want to use the Calendar display to replace needing to post a PDF in calendar format
Is there any way to have all the meeting times listed within a single event record to display on the calendar (vs just putting it in the event description)?
Or do we need to have 4 copies of this class, each with a different day/time and try to communicate in other ways to the registrant that they have access to all 4 meeting times?
I’m capable of some custom coding if that’s an option. Any ideas on best practices for this sort of scenario? About half our classes follow this model…
This might get you started. If you have questions, please let us know.
