Basic Install and Configuration

    I purchased this plugin, plus Permissions Pro, basic installation and configuration Sept 17th. I provided my admin info on Sept 18th about 12pm ur time after an email from Chris requesting the information. I still have not seen the install on my website, so I sent another message to you guys about 7hours ago, and still I have not received a response at all. I would like to know what is going on?

    Very sorry for the delay. We have been short staffed this week and have been trying to get the latest update out. Chris or I will be working on your installation very shortly.

        You need to check your records on my purchases. I have two orders with you and I also just re-sent copies to you by email as well.
