Is there any ways of just using a barcode scanners connected to a laptop to verify tickets. This would be a most useful feature since the mobile app is not as fast and last time we had 600+ tickets we could not get it to work at the door and had to do without the verification process at the door. It is probably a simple scrip that once we are logged in the admin section we could verify tickets. ignitewoo and stageshow are doing it at present but we are used to EE and it would bee great if you did that.
Regards
I just read about bacodes in the forum. I meant to scan qr codes not barcodes (which I understand is difficult for you) with a scanner linked to a laptop and verify faster, easier and more reliably.

Thanks
At this time updating the ticketing app/system is not on our roadmap, but I do agree, faster scan times would be a good thing.
I will add your request to the feature request list.
