Is there anyway to avoid the confirmation email from MailChimp? Users have registered so are doing business with us and I don’t want to risk them missing important registrant emails because they forgot or didn’t understand that they had to subscribe?

I looked around MailChimp and found that feature is called double_optin. I changed my MCAPI.class.php file as outlined here http://staging.eventespresso.com/topic/disable-double-optin-with-mailchimp/ and now registrants are automatically enrolled.

Would love this to be an option rather than hacking the code.
