Yo,

On our test-site when we order a spot on an event the 0 out of 20 spots got filled out like 1 out of 20 when we looked under event overview.

after i moved it to our new and live site name, that is no more.

Now it sets all as incomplete when i order a spot for an event.

Any idea what i did wrong?

I cant find any options that tells me someone that i should enable or disable.

Anyhow, we are not using a payment portal, so its merely a booking. And if we create an event with 20 spots, and 1 orders, there should be 19 left. Atm its there is still 20.. i can however click the event and choose the atendee link, and i can see the person which is in incomplete.

any ideas :)

Under EE->General Settings->Advanced Features->Default Payment Status is it set to “Incomplete”?

Yes that is true.

I can choose pending or incomplete.

What i want is complete really.

Hi,

Complete is not an option unless the user signs up to a Free event or makes a payment.

Choose Pending. This will fill up the spaces but you will still be aware of which registrants that need to pay,
