Hi I was wondering if there is a way to automatically have event espresso send out an email to event attendees at a given time after an event is over (eg. 24 hours or something similar). Wanting to send out a short follow up email seeing if they had a good time and if they had feedback on how it went. Thanks so much.
Currently there is not an automatic way to send a follow-up email straight from Event Espresso. You can send a newsletter to people manually.
What I would advise you though is to create an email in MailChimp (or another service) and configure an email to be sent to these people when you’re ready. You might also link to a survey so can get uniform feedback in addition to general commentary.
We do plan to have an automated email system in Event Espresso 4.3ish.
