Is there any way to automatically delete a booking from the system if the payment status comes back as declined? ideally we would want no record of a registration made on the front end unless payment completes – we only have one form of payment method [online card]

maybe executing an UPDATE to the database on the ee confirmation page if the status is declined to delete the registration? or is there an existing better way to achieve the same thing?

Hi Tristan,

There isn’t a way to do this via EE, at least not without some custom function or plugin to achieve it.

You could check our hook list and perhaps hook into one of the Process Payment Hooks.
