Automatic Upgrades only on one Domain

Under the Plugins section of WordPress, it says that there is an update for Event Espresso, however it says:
“You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”

I clicked on Reset next to my active license key, however it now has made that key “not active”. I still cannot update the plugin.

Please help!

Hi,

If you got to the install with the license key installed, remove the key, save options, replace the key and save options once more the automatic updates should then once again be available.
