Automatic Upgrade Problem

I’m getting the license key message: “You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain.” It’s for the only domain that I have licensed (www.vertico.es) and I would love to be able to do automatic updates. Please advise how I can change this. Thanks.

Hi Michael,

This is known issue we are trying to resolve.

I have reset you licence key.

Please remove the licence key from the Event Espresso > General Settings, save the options, renter and and resave.
