I have a personal license for one domain. That domain is registered on my profile. My backed says I am not allowed to update multiple domains. The only thing I found wrong was a leading space in the key I entered on my site (this is your fault as I copy/pasted from your website). Why can’t I update?

Hi Carlos,

I’ve reset your license key. Please remove your license key from the General Settings page of Event Espresso and save the form blank without a license key. Then re-enter your license key again which should enable the new domain and/or one-click upgrades. Let me know if I can do anything else for you.
