Hey there,

Is there a way to have attendee lists automatically emailed to a venue when the event registration closes?

We don’t actually run the events we offer and this would be huge if there is a way to do it!

Hi,

The only way I can think of right now would be a custom plugin that runs a daily CRON job and checks the database to see if any event has ended that day and then gathers the attendee data and emails it accordingly.

I would contact a developer to look into it, we have a list of recommended ones here: http://staging.eventespresso.com/developers/event-espresso-pros/
