When a person book an event the person will recieve an email. Also, the event owners will also recieve an email with an invoice plus a ticket.
So, this is about the invoice.
First question
——————
The invoice contains very little information.
Can i edit the information in the invoice?
Second question
——————
Is there som way of choosing the invoice number? We have a system of our own that have some sort of auto generated invoice number system.
So if the invoice number ex. starts from 1000 and next will be 1001.
But if i want that to be a start from: RU-1000-126 where next will be RU-1001-126.
Is this possible?
Third question
——————-
Can i include the invoice to the email that the person that booked the event will recieve?
1. Yes, it can be customized by editing the PHP template files for the invoice gateway. We highly recommend duplicating then saving the invoice files to the /wp-content/uploads/espresso/gateways/invoice/ directory before making any modifications. Please note, you will need to create this directory.
2. Sorry, we don’t have a way to automatically increment the invoices id’s. If I remember correctly, they are auto-generated using the registration id.
3. You can use this email shortcode [invoice_link].
Always nice to see a new guy, well i dont know if you are :-)
Yea your answers made sense, thanks man :)
