Auto-fill of Personal Information not working after upgrade

WP 3.1, EE 3.1.33.3.P (recently upgraded from 3.019), Members add-on 1.4

Before upgrading EE recently, we were using the Members Add-on to auto-fill user fields during registration (name and email) – at least that’s my understanding. Now that the upgrade is complete, the auto-fill feature isn’t working anymore. Btw, we made sure to clear out the template files in the uploads/espresso directory before upgrading.

Hi,

The WP User Integration (Members) add on, is now on version v1.9.7.2, please update.

If the issue persists after updating please advise.

The add-on isn’t listed in my dashboard. Does this mean I have to purchase it (since I’ve upgraded EE), or upgrade my license?

Hi,

Sorry I didnt check your licence type, with you saying you had the plugin, I assume your old licence expired a while back due to the age of the plugin you updated from.

The WP User Integration add on is bundled with the Business Licence. You can of course purchase it separately.

If you want to upgrade your licence type as it is so new I would contact sales @ eventespresso.com and see if they can assist you as normally an upgrade requires you to purchase the full licence. See the bottom of this page, http://staging.eventespresso.com/pricing/, entitled Can I purchase now & upgrade later?
