    Hi there,
    I’m having the same issue as the thread below. EE working great for events then I added woocommerce with Authorize.net DPM and Wishlist member extension. Now EE is not processing event payments but woocommerce is working. I noticed the thread was over a year ago.. was wondering if these zip files and instructions are still the fix or if it has been addressed and I’ve gotten another issue. I’m in the middle of a membership drive and event registration so I really need these to work side by side.

      Hi Kathleen,

      The old thread you linked to would not apply unless you are running a version of Event Espresso that came out over one year ago. Which version of Event Espresso is installed right now?

          Hi Josh,
          I am working with a customer and she was able to complete the transaction on her home computer. She works for a large corporation and a few of her co workers were having the same issues. I was able to trace the “Payment Declined” customers also to large corporations. Do you think this could be firewall related? They are also reporting that the screen blips out/clears during payment.

            To be clear, she was trying to register for the event on her office computer, her home computer worked fine.

            Hi,

            It could well be firewall related. Have you spoken to the IT dept. at the company?
