We just switched form Paypal Pro to Authorize Net as our payment gateway. All is working fine with one exception. The “Thank You” page displayed at the end of the transaction seems to have all the styles omitted. One example is that the navigation bar displays as an unstyled unordered list (ul). This does not occur all the time. I have run test transactions on my laptop and the “Thank You” page displays fine. I heard from some customers that it displays properly and from some that it does not. I cleared my cache and tried a test transaction and the styles are omitted.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Some browsers will not load the CSS from your site into the Thank You page that gets served from Authorize.net if the CSS file isn’t loaded as https. If you have an SSL certification installed you can check the box in your Event Espresso>Payment settings labeled: Force HTTPS on Return URL. This will ensure that the CSS loads securely.
If you do not have an SSL certificate installed on your site the Force HTTPS on Return URL option will not appear.
