I am having issues with the formatting of the Thank You page once payment has been submitted through the Authorize.net SIM gateway. The styling is not there. I have seen this issue posted in the forum and the response was to “force HTTPS on return” in the settings. However I do not see that option. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance.
In addition you’ll need to have an SSL certificate installed for the domain. Once that’s set up, it will display the Force SSL on return option in the payment settings that you can enable.
Thank you. I did that and now I get the following when I submit a test payment:
An error occurred while trying to report this transaction to the merchant. An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error. The following is the result of the attempt to charge your credit card.
This transaction has been approved.
It is advisable for you to contact the merchant to verify that you will receive the product or service.
The email that gets sent to the merchant account should have the error, or you can log into the Authnet account and find the error there. It may be that you need to update the relay response URL in Authnet account so that now it goes to https:// instead of http://, but without an error message I can’t say for sure.
Thanks for your response. The email I received says the following:
Authorize.Net Merchant,
Your script timed out while we were trying to post transaction results to it.
Transaction ID: 0
Transaction Result: This transaction has been approved.
The following message was displayed to the customer:

I figured it out. I forgot to set the “HTTPS” to “Secure post” on the Thank you page. It’s working now! Thanks again.
