I’m using the authnet AIM payment gateway and upon completion of payment the wp_events_attendee.amount_pd value is 0. The total_cost value is correct and the payment_status value is “Completed”.
The checkout is done using the multi-event registration cart and I am only registering a single event.
On a side note, when attempting to do a direct registration, bypassing the cart, I get the following error:
Attention: your transaction was declined for the following reason(s):
(TESTMODE) This transaction cannot be accepted.
Response Code: 3
Response Subcode: 1
We are currently using version 3.1.28.P.
How can we get the amount_pd value set correctly? This seems like a bug.
We were having issues with 3.1.28 a couple of weeks ago and pulled it. We are working out bugs that we found in it and are expecting to release a fix very soon. I just tested with Authorize.net gateway in the update that is coming out, and the problem is not occurring. Note: Make sure not to update payment information in the admin. This was causing one of the problems we were having with .28.
2 Options:
1) You can downgrade to .27.
2) You can stay on the version you are on and update to the fix when it comes out.
