I am wondering how to fix the values for the expiration date on EE4. I’m using authorize AIM and the month is showing mostly 0’s and the year values are also very random

Hi Stewart,

Could you link to an event on your site so I can take a look at this issue?

Hi Stewart,

Thanks for the link. I was able to see the issue and I verified it on a test site.

I’m really sorry about this issue and I’ve created a report for the development team to review.

Is there an alternative payment gateway that you can enable such as PayPal Standard?

Unfortunately no. We just upgraded to EE4. How soon could it be fixed? We are taking payments now…

Hi Stewart,

We can’t give timescales unfortunately, but I can tell you that a developer is working on the issue and as soon as we have a resolution, we will include it in a hotfix update.

So pleaser bear with us, we are trying to get it fixed as quickly as possible as we know it is affecting businesses.

How can I get notified when an update is ready?

Hi Stewart,

I can update this post once a fix is available and send an email notification.

Would that work for you?

That would be great. Is there any way to know if it’s going to be a day, a couple days or longer?

Minutes. Please stand by.

Hi Stewart,

Event Espresso 4.1.9.1 is ready and you can update to it if you go to Event Espresso > General settings which will trigger an update notice. Then you can update from the Plugins page.

Hello,

I am seeing the same problem when testing EE4 out on the Demo site:
http://demoee.org/dinner2014/events/flourish-northstar-annual-dinner/

Does that need to be updated as well, somehow?

Josh

Yes, that site needs to be updated.

OK. Thanks.

How do I do that? Or do I have to wait for you to do it?

It’s set up to be deployed from Git, which should get done sometime today.
