After the latest update (version 3.1.30.7.P) sometimes attendees were not put into the system after they registrated for an event. We tested this and found out this only happened when attendees registrated shortly after eachother. The attendees did receive an email and a copy was send to the orgisation as well. The first one that registrates is missing, the other one is not.
Right now, on my testing server this happens all the time when I aplly twice for an event with a different name. It’s not an incident, it’s a big problem. Please help!
When we upgraded to the newest version of event expresso, the default status of an active event was set to ‘no change’. In the system settings it was still on ‘pending’. We changed all ‘no change’ again to pending manually in every event and the problem of the missing attendees seems to be solved. The problem only occurred when two different attendees tried to register for an event shorty after each other. It’s seems to be working again but I do not have a clue why the ‘no change’ setting did the trick.
