I had this problem about a week ago with all of our attendees unable to be looked at. They exported just fine, but unable to view from the WP-admin side.  I just get a blank white screen.

I updated the EE plugin, as it had been a little bit because of our support license lapsing, which fixed the problem. Now it’s back.

All my DB have the prefix “wp_” just as WP sets it.

Hi there,

Can you try turning wp_debug on and check that white screen for errors?

I don’t get an error on the white screen. I get an error on some other pages, but it’s only related to my cache, and doesn’t show on the white screen.

Since it’s intermittent and not throwing any errors, you might try checking the error logs right after pulling up the white screen to see if any errors are logged there.
