Although attendees are showing up in the totals on event overview there are none listed on events in the past. Future events are normal.

Hi Andrew,

You can view the attendee list for past events by going to the Event overview, then select “Show Active/Inactive” and click “Filter Status”.

This will list active and inactive events where you can click “Attendees” for the events you’d like to view.

Thanks Josh, thats what I have always have done. This morning did the same and every past event shows no attendee list, in the Event Overview screen it shows 6/6 for example.

I am on Event Espresso – 3.1.31.3.P
Version 3.5.1

The next thing to check is the live search filter and make sure that there is nothing entered there (that will filter the results).

Then it may help to update to the latest version of Event Espresso because there were a few adjustments made to the query that pulls attendee data in 3.1.32 since 3.1.31 had a few inconsistencies with that.

The update worked, thanks.
