We have had quite a few attendees claim they attempted to register a group and none of them have shown up in our system.

What could cause this, and how could I trouble shoot it?

In response to this I upped the number in a group registration from 11 to 100 this morning.

Is it possible for someone to register a group and it not to be logged in the database / attendee list?

Hi Brandon,

The way you have it set up, is that each attendee in the group will be created in the database, so each attendee should be there.

The only thing that I can currently think is that they got to the end of the registration, but did not finalise it and then hit the back button – ignoring the warnings – and re-registered. This would effectively over write the previously registered attendees, BUT the emails will have already gone out.

Looking at your registration process, it seems that the Finalise Your Registration link has been removed. Without this, their “session” is still active and the above over writing can occur. Once they have finalised, overwriting can no longer occur.

As such I think you may need to rethink the removal of that link.
