I have an issue that is only occurring with participants that are purchasing 2 tickets at the same time.

As soon as the purchase is complete and when I check it from EventEspresso back-end, I see the following

    1. Total Amount Owing: $1342.00 (Original price $1400 – $100 Group Discount + $21 Credit Card surcharge per attendee)
Total Amount Paid to Date: $1342.00 (If paid)
    2. Attendee Ticket Fees: $671 (for each person)
    3. Original Ticket Price: $0.00/ticket (Which I actually change from MySql to show the original price. I also don’t know if it should be before or after the surcharge)

Now, I have some meta fields that are only shown to admin such as, type of room and the name of the person sharing the room if it was a double occupancy.

Just after I click save, the Attendee Ticket Fees becomes 0.00 and if I try to change it back to $671 it shows as overpaid and that a refund should be issued. I can manually put $671 and choose 2 tickets, to show the price on the printed ticket, but if I do that and I do the same for the companion ticket, this will mean that this person has purchased 3 tickets

I really need to solve this as my event is on the 4th of October and when people are printing their tickets, it is showing $0.00 in the price area.

I am a little confused here, why are you using MySQL to change the ticket prices? Does the event not have a price to begin with?

@Dean, maybe the confusion was caused because of the long post
I am not changing the ticket price from MySQL, the Original Ticket Price keeps on showing as $0.00/ticket

My main issue is not that one, it is the Attendee Ticket Fees that is showing $0.00 whenever I click save.

If you want I can give access to have a better idea

Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this?

If so, please send them via http://staging.eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

NOTE: login details need to be Admin level and FTP details are appreciated.

Thank you, I can see that this is occurring (I edited the attendee Elias Audi just so you are aware).

I have not been able to recreate this locally, however my tests have shown a similar issue where discounted tickets are being marked as full value. I believe this to be related.

I have raised a high priority ticket for a developer to look into this.

Thank you @Dean, so until this is solved, the price will show $0.00, right?

          Hi,

I do not know of a workaround, and honestly I still havent re-created your exact issue, but yes it seems if you edit the attendees on your site it will change the pricing structure to zero.
