I think EE is pretty comprehensive but then clients always want more…so I’m just asking the question. If I have, say 50 attendees, is there a way of setting an attendee threshold alert so when it gets to 45, for example, they know it’s getting close to being sold out.

I did ask why they don’t know the capacity of their venues but they said they often release more spaces if the demand is there.

Thanks

Hi,

There isn’t anything built in for this, so you would have to build a custom function for it. Most likely I would think would be to use the action_hook_espresso_email_after_payment hook and grab the event data in the database and compare the max count to the current count and fire off an email if it hits a threshold.
