Attendee numbers are incorrect

Hello,

In some instances attendees numbers on the overview page don’t add up to the number of people who have actually registered. For example the overview page says 30 people have registered but only 28 actually have. This is a concern as numbers for these events are often limited.

Is there a fix for this?

Hi Brook,

DO you allow group booking on the event? If you do and you don’t require additional information for the extra ticket holders, then the number will look odd, as in 28 people have registered, but if one bought 3 tickets that equals 30 tickets, so 30 places taken.
