Is there a way for a user to enter information for each ticket holder when purchasing multiple tickets? For instance if someone orders 3 tickets, each ticket should have a different attendee associated with the ticket. Currently, I can only see that it allows one persons name on each ticket.

Also, will there be a cart feature for EE4 soon? Just curious on that one.

Yes, you can check the first box under “Questions for Additional Registrants” in the event editor.
