This error just appeared again:
Event Espresso attendee data needs to be updated. Please visit the Support page to configure update the attendee information.
I had fixed it once long ago with a script in your forums but I can’t find that script now.

The error appeared after I updated a customer to a “completed” status. Everything is valid about this registration.
Please post the script so I can make the error go away.

The update script was in the plugin support section but has been removed for now. See this thread, Josh provides a manual way to update the attendee data

I tried doing the manual update above and it does not work. Is there another method to updating the attendees data?

Hi,

I was slightly wrong about the update script, it should appear in the Support page, but it only appears when it is needed (it’s magic like that).

if your script links isnt appearing and you have tried the manual approach, please send login details so we can have a look.

send them via http://staging.eventespresso.com/contact/

Choose the “I am sending login info as requested” option and fill out the form

NOTE: login details need to be Admin level.

@Nina, Hi I logged in but could not see an error message so it must have just taken a short while to right itself. Please let me know if the issue returns.
