Hi, The “Attendee data needs to be updated” error popped up and all the entries for each event disappeared.

I tried to run the update script as advised, but nothing changed.

I then updated EE from 3.1.30.5P to3.1.33.3P but again all the existing entries are missing

I then updated Events Calendar v2.0.4 to v2.0.6.1 but again all the existing entries are missing.

I then updated Events ticketing to 2.0.10.1 but again all the existing entries are missing.

I deactivated the Members add-on Version 1.9.5.1, but again all the existing entries are missing.

I deactivated the espresso-permissions-basic-v1-5-3 to espresso-permissions-basic-v1-5-4-1, but again all the existing entries are missing.

Any tips would be great.

Hi,

Have you checked the database, are the attendees still marked in there?

Do you have a recent back up of your database?

Hi Brian,

With the attendee data not being displayed in the admin: There was a change made to the event overview due to popular demand that hides expired events by default. You can view the event and attendee data by going into Event Espresso>Event Overview and setting the Filter Status option to ALL.

Josh: Changing the filters makes no difference.

Dean: Looking at the backup, today’s backup is almost a quarter of the size of last weeks backup.  Do this suggest that the attendees data is gone?  I deleted an event with 5000 entries, which could easily have cased the reduction in size.

Any more suggestions?

You could try restoring to the backup that has the attendee data in it.
