I cant see any link in the payment admin for attendee batch import.

how do i import 300 participants for the automatic ticketing.?

Hi,

You need to use the Attendee Import add on from the Pre Release channel in your account page.

Once installed and activated a new menu item will appear in your dashboard. You can import attendees via that.

1) espresso-attendee-import-dev.zip
and
2) espresso-attendee-import-pr.zip

i am having problem to import all datas of the participants to
the ticketing from excel ?

For example, i would like to add the social security no, tshirt size,

Any extra fields will need to be added to the import script.
That file is located in /includes/event-management/csv_import.php

Hi,

is this the same file ?
1) espresso-attendee-import-dev.zip
and
2) espresso-attendee-import-pr.zip

Judging from the zip names, they are not the same version. One is a development version and one is the Pre Release. I would advise you to get the latest Pre Release from your account page.

If these extra fields are questions then you can use the Answers column in the spreadsheet

It is structured like this

4| 321 Cool Street || 6 | Large City || 7 | Arizona || 11| wobble

question id| question answer || question id| question answer

so after the id is one pipe symbol ( | ) and after the answer is two pipe symbols ( || )

The last answer should not have the two pipe symbols after it.
