It not working after i login it start fetching event and it last for hours and still not open whats the problem cause i would like to scan tickets at event door

Hello Eric,

First off, force close the app, it will need to be reset.

Have you made sure that the app is up to date on your phone and that you are using the latest Services api? Here is a link tot he download for ver 2.2 http://staging.eventespresso.com/wp-content/plugins/download-monitor/download.php?id=5

the update not working the file are not going to right place the software  on my phone is 4.0.4 Android version searcher app store and seen no update the only app is event espresso 2.0
